Face covering and mask.
Comfortable, sturdy shoes.
Covering clothing to protect against chemicals.
Hat to protect against sun and chemicals.
Bring a backpack, carry essentials.
Avoid tampons, wear pads instead (in case of arrest).
Avoid contacts, wear glasses instead (in case of chemicals).

Water.
Energy Bars.
Identification.
Change for phone and transportation.
Medication, EpiPen, insulin.
Spare set of clothes.

Keep a distance.
Remain calm and focused.
Document and film as much as you can.
Have a plan ready in case you get separated from your friends.

What Not To Do:

Avoid (excessive) moisturizer, sunscreen, and makeup as it can trap chemicals.
Avoid wearing baggy clothes or things that can be easily grabbed.
